The Mineral Bath Experience: Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours? Mineral Baths will be open from 3:15pm – 8:15pm Thursday and 9:00am – 8:15pm Friday – Sunday.
How private are the mineral baths? All of our mineral baths have privacy walls and are roofed. All mineral baths are private to the appointment holder and their guests.
Do I have to stay onsite at the Resort to use the mineral Baths? Mineral bath reservations are available to the public. You do not have to stay with us to take advantage of the mineral baths.
When should I be there for my appointment? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
Can I bring my pet? While we love our furry family, unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed in the spa area or tubside.
What do I need to bring? While we do have a limited number of rental towels, we encourage our guests to please bring their own towels. Guests should also bring something to drink and any snacks they may like.
Are there restrooms and change rooms? Yes! We have multiple restrooms and changing areas. Of course, you may always change tubside since the tubs are all private.
What else do I have to do to enjoy a mineral bath? Each guest must sign a waiver of liability prior to entering the spa area. Guests who are under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature to be on property.
I need to cancel. What should I do? Cancellation is available by phone. Guests who cancel 7 days or more before their scheduled appointment are entitled to a full refund. Guests who cancel between 7 and 2 days before the appointment are eligible for a refund minus a $25 fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within the last 48 hours before your appointment. Before the last 48 hours we can also reschedule your appointment.
How are the mineral baths kept clean? Our natural hot springs water is disinfected by UV lights on our main water line and UV lights in each individual mineral bath. This UV light system runs continuously on the main water source and at each individual mineral bath. Mineral baths are also completely drained and disinfected between bathing sessions. We have increased the time between mineral bath sessions to allow a rigorous disinfection process of the mineral bath and mineral bath area between sessions. Mineral baths sessions are staggered to allow for this enhanced cleaning and disinfecting time
How old do I need to be to use the mineral baths? Guests need to be 18 years old or older to book appointments. Guests under 18 can soak with parental supervision.
